Enrollment

Enrollment for the Spring Semester will open on December 9th and close on December 20th.

All new students will begin school on Monday January 6th.

Please follow the steps below to enroll at bat365 for the spring semester:

Come to the bat365 campus between the hours of 7:30AM and 2PM. Monday December 9th through Friday December 20th. We will not accept enrollments after December 20th.
At bat365, parents will complete the necessary paperwork. If the child is an 8th or 12th grade student, they will first meet with a counselor to review their credits prior to enrolling. Please see below for the list of required documents to enroll.
After completing the paperwork, parents will be given an “Enrollment Approval” slip.
Beginning December 20th, parents will take that slip to their current school to process their withdrawal. DO NOT WITHDRAW from your current school until the semester has finished on December 20th. Return your old chromebook to your school when you withdraw.
Come back to bat365 on/after December 23rd to pick up your bat365 Chromebook
The first day of second semester is Monday January 6th. New students can CLICK HERE for their instructions for the first day of school at bat365.

bat365 is a CCSD Public School that offers Kindergarten through 12th Grade.

(Per Nevada State Law, students must reside in Clark County Nevada to attend bat365)

Important Things To Know BEFORE Enrolling

Once enrolled at bat365, students may not withdraw to attend another CCSD School until the current semester is finished.
Students who are not successful academically at bat365 and placed on Academic Probation may not be permitted to return to bat365 the following year.
Daily attendance and participation by your student is MANDATORY.

Students MUST return devices to previous school BEFORE enrolling at bat365.

bat365 provides chromebooks to all full time Students, who are attending the 24-25 school year.
GoGuardian is a required application on their device so that bat365 teachers and staff can effectively support students.

Enrollment for students new to bat365 MUST be completed IN PERSON ONLY.
Students must reside in Clark County in order to enroll at bat365.
Students must have access to the internet at home in order to enroll at bat365.
Parents are REQUIRED to bring students to our building for state mandated testing.

State required testing is occasional and notification will be provided prior to testing dates to plan accordingly.
STATE TESTING IS MANDATORY PER CCSD POLICY.

As an online program, parents are to regularly monitor their provided email to receive updates and important notifications from bat365.

Please complete a new application for the 24-25 school year in order to register your student and add all students that you need to register with bat365.
Please write down or screenshot your application number and provide that in person to our bat365 Staff while registering your student(s).

For each student you are registering a PARENT/ GUARDIAN MUST PROVIDE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS UPON ARRIVAL. *If you have electronic copies of these forms please inform our staff and they will provide you with the email address once on campus.*

Birth Certificate

Immunization Records

If you are in need of a religious exemption, you can fill out the form when you come in to register.

Proof of Residency

Provide one of the following: Lease Agreement, Mortgage Statement, Power/Water/Gas Bill

Parent/Guardian ID that matches the bill provided
Transcripts (for non CCSD schools)
